First stop on the trip was Singapore airport. I know it is just an airport but what a first impression! The photos below are of one of the Koi ponds surrounded by Orchids which are in Terminal 2. Terminal one has a roof top swimming pool airside and a hotel for the people with longish stop overs.
More orchids happily growing around the Koi Pond. 
The wonderful stewardesses who made our flight stress free and introduced us to the Singapore Sling! Thanks :)
