A while ago I posted about the move to create the Seven Wonders of the Modern World. Today after years of voting the list of the New Seven Wonders was released.
I am delighted to have been to two of the seven.
The wonders are:
1. The Great Wall of China
2. Petra, Jordan
3. Statue of Christ the Redeemer, Brazil
4. Machu Picchu mountain settlement, Peru
5. Mayan ruins at Chichen Itza, Mexico
6. Colosseum, Rome
7. Taj Mahal, India
Please go and visit these amazing sites. Of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World only the Pyramids at Giza are still standing....
